3 Tips for Using Essential Oils
Versatility
The essential oils can be used topically, aromatically, and internally. Yes, even internally, but only with dōTERRA!
Frequency
Use fewer drops of oil more often. It's better to spread out the benefits throughout the day than binge use.
Dilution
Use a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil to dilute "hot" oils if applying to the skin or simply apply to the feet instead.
